If you love sushi and find yourself craving it all the time, these delicious and easy shrimp stacks will be a life saver for you! This recipe is so easy and cures my craving for sushi every single time—and its even better because it is husband approved!!

The best part about this recipe is that you can customize it to your liking and add any ingredients you want to without messing it up. For instance, I was on a Candida Diet per my doctor and I used cauliflower rice from Trader Joes for this and it was just as good and still satisfied my craving. We also love using Trader Joes frozen brown rice or jasmine rice for this because it cuts the time down by 5 minutes and leaves us with one less dish to clean! Another variation could be adding crab to this recipe instead of shrimp or hey even both would be good too.
